Fayre & Square Merlin Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Competition closes at 5pm on Friday 20th July 2012.
  2. One entry per person.
  3. The winner's prize is a Merlin Premium Pass for four people, which entitles the winner to unlimited access to all Merlin attractions for 12 months. The pass can be used by a maximum of 3 adults.
  4. Winners will be contacted by email.
  5. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
  6. One winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries by Fayre & Square.
  7. Only entries received prior to the published closing date will be counted.
  8. All prizes are offered in good faith.
  9. Employees of Spirit Pub Company and their relatives are not eligible to enter the competition.
  10. Spirit Pub Company reserves the right to alter or amend these rules at any time and to suspend or cancel the competition at any time.
  11. Spirit Pub Company cannot be held responsible for any loss that may be incurred by guests attempting to enter competitions.
  12. Failure to gain access to competitions due to technical difficulties, including but not limited to Spirit’s websites, or for any other reason is not the responsibility of Spirit.
  13. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is strictly non-transferable.
  14. By entering the competition all contestants agree to be used in publicity, including the publication of the winning entrant’s name on our Facebook page.
  15. Copyright of any photographs or images of winners or any materials relating to the competition remain the property of Spirit.
  16. Spirit’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding competitions.
  17. If competition rules are deemed to have been broken the prize may be withdrawn.
  18. Any contestant giving false or misleading information will be disqualified and any prizes won will be withdrawn.
  19. Prizes will be awarded within 28 days of the winner being notified. Spirit reserves the right to change this at any time at its discretion.
